The release of the CHA report represents a significant milestone in the ongoing effort to improve community health outcomes. The report's findings will inform the development of targeted strategies and interventions to address the most pressing health needs of the community. This collaborative approach to assessing community health needs will help to ensure that resources and interventions are directed towards areas where they will have the greatest impact.
The release of the CHA report is an important moment for the community, as it provides valuable insights into the health challenges facing residents and the potential solutions to address them. The report is a critical tool for healthcare providers, policymakers, and community leaders, as they work together to improve the health and well-being of the community.
Over the span of 10 months 2024 and 2025, over 1,100 CHA Survey responses were collected. The CHA Survey was designed to gauge North Suffolk resident's perception of the community and to identify areas where residents feel their needs could be met more effectively. Survey topics included access to healthcare, education, childcare, housing and other community resources. These results were used to create the 2025 NSPHC Community Health Assessment which will be the guide to improve the communities for all residents. Results can be found below.
